Your West Bellfort Apartments Talk Travel Apps

  |     |   Uncategorized

Where are you going on your next vacation? Our Fort Bend luxury apartments are comfortable, but we all need to step out of our comfort zone every once in awhile. Luckily, we live near one of the largest international airports in the United States! When you live in a gigantic city like Houston, it’s easy to fly to just about anywhere.

We want to help you have a good time when you embark on your trip. Technology has come a long way in the past couple years, and there are plenty of apps out there that can help you plan, enjoy and remember your next vacation.

We don’t mention the obvious apps like Air BnB, Netflix, and Yelp, but you should definitely download those apps as well. Traveling can be a blast but it can also be stressful. Having a solid set of helpful apps will allow you to navigate your journey with ease.

Check out the list of apps below, and please be sure to share this post with your friends and neighbors at your community of luxury apartments in Richmond! Happy travels, residents.

App in the Air

Airports are hectic, confusing places. App in the Air attempts to make sense of everything going on at airports, and it does a pretty good job of it. This app is filled with airport maps, insider tips and flight information. Once you start using App in the Air, you’ll forget how you ever managed to survive airports without it!

Cleartrip

This is a must-own app for anyone who’s planning a trip to Europe or Asia. This app helps people browse, find and buy plane tickets, train tickets and hotels. Those three things are normally spread across different apps or websites, but Cleartrip puts them all in one place. When you think about it, it makes sense that you should be able to buy all things at the same time. Cleartrip makes vacation planning easy, so download it before you embark on your next trip!

Citymapper

Sometimes, vacations end up being big walking excursions. Walking is the best way to explore a new city, and it’s often the only option for vacationers who don’t feel like renting a car. Citymapper is an app for people who like exploring cities on foot. It’ll tell you how to get from Point A to Point B in a way that let’s you see as many cool sights as possible.

The app is actually crowdsourced, so you know you’re getting local information. We trust the locals to let us know which paths are awesome and which should be avoided, so we’re super happy to hear about Citymapper. Give it a shot next time you need some recommendations or directions!

Packpoint

Packing isn’t that hard, but people always seem to forget one important thing every time they do it. There are a few ways to approach packing — you can try to pack as light as possible, or you can make a long list and pack as thoroughly as possible. Packpoint is a nice tool that will help you pack everything you need without overdoing it.

Here’s how it works: you tell the app where you’re going, how long you’ll be there, and what you’ll be doing while you’re there. The app then tells you which clothes, accessories and other items you’ll need based on the weather in your destination city.

Those are all the apps we’ve got this week, folks! Thanks for reading. While you wait for our next blog to go up live on the site, you can feel free to follow us on social media. That’s the best way to stay up to date with everything going on at your community of West Bellfort apartments!
