Your West Bellfort Apartments Talk Upcoming Films

  |     |   Uncategorized

If you’ve been wondering what to do with your Friday night, the latest blog from your Fort Bend apartments is here to save the day.

We’re entering the best part of the year in terms of new movie releases. If you’re someone who still likes going to the theatre instead of waiting for the film to be released on iTunes, we think you’ll enjoy this blog. There’s something to be said for the movie theatre experience, even in a time when people have 50”+ TVs in their homes. There’s just nothing like the smell of the popcorn, the feeling of sinking into the movie theater seat, and the quiet that comes over the audience when the lights turn down.

Unfortunately, movies are getting more expensive every day. That means people are being more selective with when they choose to go to the theatre. If you’re going to go spend upwards of $50 on a movie, it better knock your socks off Well folks, we are confident that the movies on this list fit meet criteria. A good rule of thumb is any movie that’s released after November 1st is usually one of the best films of the year, and that’s definitely true for these films.

Check out the list of new movies below, and be sure to share this post with any film-loving neighbors you may have met during your time at Echelon on 99 West Bellfort apartments.

November 10th — Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri

Starring: Woody Harrelson, Frances McDermott, Sam Rockwell

If you’re in the mood for a gritty, suspenseful mystery about a small town missing person’s case, we highly recommend Three BIllboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. Fans of the Coen brothers will remember Frances McDermott from some of their films, and Woody Harrelson is always terrific. In this film, Frances McDermott’s daughter has gone missing. The police in Ebbing, Missouri aren’t doing anything about it, so McDermott’s character puts up billboards that call out the lack of investigation.

November 24th — Molly’s Game

Starring: Idris Elba, Jessica Chastain, Kevin Costner

This movie season is full of true stories about sports scandals. Very few people know the story of Molly Bloom, a world-class skier who ends up hosting one of the world’s most lucrative high-stakes poker games. She then goes on to become an FBI agent. This tale is almost too wild to believe, but it’s all true. Most people are big fans of Idris Elba, so we expect this movie to

December 8th — I, Tonya

Starring: Margot Robbie

The second true story of a sports scandal comes in the form of this film about Tonya Harding. Tonya Harding was a top-tier figure skater, but most people will remember her for the attack on felling figure skater Nancy Kerrigan. We won’t reveal any more about that story, in case some of our residents are unfamiliar, but we highly recommend that you see this film.

Pitch Perfect 3

Starring: Anna Kendrick, Ruby Rose, Hailee Steinfeld

Last but not least, we have the third sequel to one of the world’s most beloved movies. Do we really need to say anything more about Pitch Perfect? Go see this one a midnight, folks.
